Why Take This COurse
You'd like to pave the way for better performance ("actual results") in your organization. To help with this, you want a basic introduction to arguably the world's leading performance improvement framework, the CMMI. No prerequisites needed.
This two-day course will not cover any of the CMMI's eight domains, but you may follow it up with one or both of the one-day Building Excellence classes to learn about the Development or Services domain, and help qualify you to serve on a corresponding appraisal team.
